Title: Certified Nurse Assistant
Work Status: Non-Exempt, FT
Rate of Pay: $20 - 26, depending on experience
Work Hours: Day Shifts Available, 12-hour shift (6:30AM - 7PM)
Shift Differential: $1.50 per hours after 3PM

Essential Job Duties:
- Assists residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting and exercising.
- Gives treatments, performs tests, carries out procedures and collects specimens as instructed.
- Reports and records observations and results of treatments, tests, procedures and specimens when indicated.
- Transfers, transports and escorts residents as need.
- Answers signal lights promptly.
- Changes bed linens, makes beds and keeps rooms clean and orderly.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Successful completion of an Illinois State approved nursing assistant training program. Prior geriatric nursing aide experience is preferred. Registration with Illinois State registry required.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively, and perform simple arithmetic. Ability to document care given.

What you'll do
- The Certified Nurse Assistant provides direct nursing care to residents and supervises the care provided by Quality of Life Specialists. Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily activities, administering treatments, and maintaining cleanliness in resident rooms.
