Liberty Resources is seeking a Full-Time Vocational Case Manager with our DePalmer House program located in Syracuse, NY.

Vocational Case Manager Job Responsibilities:
Vocational Case Manager Qualifications:
Bachelors/Associates Degree and two (2) years’ related experience in vocational services. Must possess a valid New York State Driver’s License and have access to reliable transportation.
Vocational Case Manager Required Skills and Abilities:
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop and promote employment programs with area employers and service providers. Ability to work successfully within outcome-driven program. Demonstrates initiative and sound judgment. Strong written and verbal communication skills necessary.
Pay: $20.19 per hour
