<p>We’re now hiring an Associate Product Manager – Insights & Optimisation to help elevate our product performance, experimentation, and data‑driven decision‑making.</p>

<p><strong>A bit about the role:</strong><br>This is a brand‑new role at Liberis — you’ll have the opportunity to craft how we approach insights, optimisation, and experimentation, and build your remit as we scale!</p>
<p>We’re a multi‑product organisation with really exciting growth plans ahead! Instead of being tied to a single product, you’ll gain exposure across multiple products, partners, and commercial models. You’ll also have the chance to collaborate with our AI/ML team, our Commercial Reporting Team, Engineers, and over time, get involved in customer and merchant research to help shape what we build next</p>

<p><strong>What you’ll be doing</strong><br><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Product Insights & Performance</span><br> • Analyse product and funnel performance across eligibility, approval, pricing, conversion, and utilisation<br> • Support the development of Looker dashboards and product success metrics<br> • Combine data and partner/merchant feedback to surface themes, risks, and opportunities</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Optimisation & Experimentation</span><br> • Identify optimisation opportunities and support initiatives to improve product outcomes<br> • Shape hypotheses, draft experiment briefs, and define success measures<br> • Support post‑launch analysis and retrospectives<br> • Over time, take ownership of smaller optimisation workstreams end‑to‑end</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Documentation & Knowledge Sharing</span><br> • Maintain product metrics documentation and analytical frameworks<br> • Create internal summaries, playbooks, and insight materials<br> • Ensure insights are clear, accessible, and actionable for teams across the business</p>
