This role ensures smooth inbound/outbound flows, storage, and inventory control, maintains accuracy through our Warehouse Management System (WMS), and drives operational efficiency via effective coordination with vendors and suppliers while upholding safety standards.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p><strong>1. Inbound &amp; Outbound Operations</strong></p> <ul> <li>Plan and execute inbound and outbound schedules for in-house and outsourced warehouses</li> <li>Process logistics and shipping documentation</li> <li>Coordinate daily operations with carriers, logistics providers, and suppliers</li> </ul> <p>2.&nbsp;<strong>Inventory Control</strong></p> <ul> <li>Monitor inventory status and movements through WMS</li> <li>Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories</li> <li>Analyze inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions</li> <li>Maintain inventory accuracy in line with KPI targets</li> </ul> <p><strong>3. Outsourced Warehouse &amp; Logistics Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support management of third-party warehouse and logistics providers</li> <li>Monitor operational performance, service levels, and costs</li> <li>Identify and propose improvement opportunities in lead time, cost, and service quality</li> </ul> <p><strong>4. VMI Operations</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage VMI inventory levels in coordination with suppliers</li> <li>Share inventory data and support replenishment adjustments</li> <li>Address delivery, quantity, and quality-related issues</li> </ul> <p><strong>5. Warehouse Operations Optimization</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support warehouse layout planning and space utilization improvements</li> <li>Improve picking, packing, and material flow efficiency</li> <li>Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational SOPs</li> </ul> <p><strong>6. Training &amp; Operational Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support task assignment and daily guidance for warehouse staff</li> <li>Provide onboarding and SOP/safety training for new hires and vendor personnel</li> <li>Act as a key operational contact to stabilize daily warehouse activities</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in general business, business administration, supply chain, logistics, or related field preferred</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience in warehouse/logistics/vendor management</li> <li>Experience working with third-party logistics providers (3PL), customs brokers, or freight forwarders</li> <li>Experience with Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) operations preferred</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proficient in WMS/ERP, MS Office</li> <li>Multi-task and meet deadlines</li> <li>Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support and work with Korea HQ and global sites</li> <li>Inventory accuracy management, outsourced/VMI operations management,</li> <li>Negotiation and communication skills</li> <li>Safety &amp; quality leadership,</li> <li>Problem-solving ability</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Why should you work here?</span></p> <p>1.
