A leading provider of core components for global car manufacturers, VS Company is supporting the emerging trend of the vehicle industry.</p> <p><strong>Manager, S&amp;OP</strong></p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Analyze daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly S&amp;OP requirements</li> <li>Report sales forecasts and adjust break-point for new materials based on availability</li> <li>Lead and adjust break-pointing material and report sales forecasts</li> <li>Work with STTAS to support Country of Origin &amp; Manufacturing Affidavit status for customer products</li> <li>Establish and maintain robust communication channels with all customers</li> <li>Facilitate SCM activities from LGE manufacturing plants to customers</li> <li>Join sales and LGE meetings to provide updates and support PMs when needed</li> <li>Negotiate with customers and Tier 1 suppliers</li> <li>Supply required materials to customers through outsourced W/H</li> <li>Adjust shipment plans based on material status (including PPAP approval)</li> <li>Issue purchase orders for production MVB parts</li> <li>Provide SCM solutions to OEMs to resolve material/part number mismatches</li> <li>Manage expedite orders and resolve delivery issues/chargebacks with customers</li> <li>Track inbound shipments using FNS reports and confirm JIT POs</li> <li>Reconcile CUM (shipment vs. order) and analyze data for management meetings</li> <li>Apply EWO results to material supply plan and provide material contingency plans as needed</li> <li>Responsible for Air Shipments</li> <li>Provide shipment-related documents to internal and external customers</li> <li>Approve/reject packaging specifications from LGE plants</li> <li>Scrub obsolescence with customers and file valid claims</li> <li>Provide estimated and actual revenue reports to LGEHQ</li> <li>Overview and determine relevant material labels for all customers for W/H team</li> <li>Support multiple OEMs' production material movement from LGEVH/VR to W/H</li> <li>Provide SCM solutions to address mismatches between materials and part numbers</li> <li>Join customer-LGE sales meetings as needed</li> <li>Perform other duties as assigned<strong><br></strong></li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <p><strong>Required:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree</li> <li>5+ years in S&amp;OP, supply chain management, or operations planning within automotive, electronics, or manufacturing environments</li> <li>People management experience</li> <li>Demonstrated experience working with OEMs and Tier‑1 customers</li> <li>Organized and detail focused in communications and process documentation</li> <li>Ability to problem solve complex customer &amp; supplier issues to be a part of the solution</li> <li>Experience on people management</li> <li>Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications</li> <li>Working knowledge of ERP, MRP</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bilingual in Korean&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience in manufacturing environments &amp; OEM supply chain role (S&amp;OP, Demand planning, Supply Planning)</li> </ul> <p><span style="color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">&nbsp;#LI-HYBRID</span></p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>Benefits Offered Full-Time Employees:</strong></p> <ul> <li>No-cost employee premiums for you and your eligible dependents for competitive medical, dental, vision and prescription benefits.</li> <li>Auto enrollment with immediate vesting of competitive company matching contributions in a 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with several investment&nbsp;options.</li> <li>Generous Paid Time Off program that includes company holidays and a combined bank of paid sick and vacation time. &nbsp;</li> <li>Performance based Short-Term Incentives (varies by role).</li> <li>Access to confidential mental health resources to help you and your loved ones improve your quality of life.
