About this role
QUELLES MISSIONS VOUS SERONT CONFIEES ?
Rattaché(e) au Responsable d'Equipe de Production du site LFB d’Alès (30), dans un environnement de compliance européenne et US sur des phases cliniques et commerciales, vous réalisez les différentes phases de production (USP/DSP) et contribuez à garantir la bonne exécution des activités dans le respect des procédures en vigueur, des délais et des règles d’hygiène et de sécurité.
Réaliser les opérations de production USP / DSP (Culture cellulaire, Flask, Roller Bottle, purification) et conduit des installations automatisées (Bioréacteur 50L, 250L, 2000L)
Réaliser les contrôles en cours nécessaires à la fabrication (comptage cellulaire, osmolalité, conductivité, pH,...)
Signaler les déviations et les saisir dans le logiciel
Participer à l'analyse des non-conformités, déviations et à l'évaluation des impacts
Participer à l'optimisation des procédés de fabrication / production
Proposer et coordonner des actions correctives et préventives / CAPA
Réaliser des actions liées aux changements, CAPA, déviations
Réaliser les différentes transactions dans les logiciels métiers
Appliquer les règles de mise en conformité et de bon fonctionnement des équipements / locaux
QUEL PROFIL POUR CETTE OPPORTUNITE ?
Vous êtes titulaire d'un bac+2 ou supérieur
Vous avez 3 à 5 ans d’années d'expériences impérativement acquises en milieu pharmaceutique / Biotech
Connaissance de logiciels de suivi de traçabilité
