About this role
QUELLES MISSIONS VOUS SERONT CONFIEES ?
Rattaché(e) au Responsable d'Equipe de Production de l'atelier Trévise 1 IGNG, vous êtes en charge du management opérationnel de l'équipe.
- Animer au quotidien la performance de son service notamment au moyen du management visuel
- Concevoir, actualiser et suivre la mise en œuvre du chronogramme / planning terrain / plan d’ordonnancement
- Alerter, proposer des solutions et gérer les aléas de planning
- Gérer la priorisation et s’assurer de la bonne réalisation, qualification et validation des activités périodiques planifiées hors production
- S’assurer du redémarrage en bonnes conditions des équipements après intervention
- S’assurer du bon approvisionnement en matière de son périmètre
- S’assurer de la propreté de l’environnement de travail de son périmètre et, de manière générale, de la bonne tenue de l’atelier
- Organiser, préparer et animer les réunions quotidiennes et/ou hebdomadaires
- Proposer des actions préventives et correctives sur son périmètre
- Proposer des actions d’amélioration pour les activités et processus dont il a la responsabilité
- Participer à des projets organisationnels
- Participer aux orientations techniques en matière d’équipements de production et/ou d’infrastructure
- Participer à la préparation et à la gestion des arrêts techniques, et s’assure des conditions de reprise
- Suivre les indicateurs et les utiliser pour piloter son activité
- Peut assurer le back-up de son responsable en cas d’absence

Vous avez une expérience confirmée au sein de la production dans une industrie pharmaceutique et vous souhaitez évoluer sur un poste mélangeant le mangement de terrain et la technique.
Vous possédez les compétences suivantes :
- Leadership, rigueur, proactivité, gestion du stress
- Connaissance de l'environnement pharmaceutique
- Utilisation basique de logiciels et systèmes informatiques
