About Lexroom
Lexroom sets the bar for legal AI — clear, fast, and built for trust. In just a few years, what began as an idea has become a reliable platform adopted by thousands of legal professionals across Europe. Backed by top-tier investors (Series B with a US T1 VC lead) and a world-class team of 70+, we're now entering the German market.
We are looking for a visionary Marketing Manager to be one of our first employees in Berlin, building our presence from the ground up and establishing Lexroom as the leader in Germany.
Why Lexroom?
- Shape the Standard: Be part of the team setting the benchmark for legal AI in Europe.
- Work with the Best: Collaborate with exceptional colleagues in a culture that values competence, curiosity, and ambition.
- Deliver Meaningful Results: Your contribution will directly influence how legal professionals work — faster, clearer, and more efficiently.
Your Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a market-builder, not a coordinator. You will own the German marketing engine, shifting between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
- Market Authority: Translate our global vision into a powerhouse local brand. Ensure Lexroom speaks the language of the German legal market with total precision and trust.
- High-Impact Events: Own the spotlight — from leading our presence at major industry conferences to hosting exclusive executive dinners, you will make Lexroom unmissable.
- Growth & Community: Build and scale our local social channels and professional network. Create content that delivers real value to legal professionals, driving engagement and authority.
- Performance Ownership: Manage the local marketing budget. Launch, test, and scale campaigns across digital channels and local partnerships, obsessed with ROI and growth.
- Strategic Alliances: Build the ecosystem — identify and secure key partnerships with local associations, influencers, and strategic tech partners.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 5+ years in Marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS, Legal Tech, or a high-growth startup.
- Growth Mindset: A founder mentality — comfortable with ambiguity and ready to build processes where none exist.
- Language Mastery: Native-level (or C2) German and fluent English. Precision in legal-adjacent communication is key.
- Organizational Excellence: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage budgets and multiple stakeholders.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with modern marketing stacks (CRM, HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) and event tools (Luma, Brella).
What We Offer
- Salary: €60,000 – €78,000 per year
- Equity: Stock options (ESOP) to share in our long-term success
- Benefits: Health insurance, meal vouchers, performance bonuses, team retreats & off-sites
