Key Responsibilities:

·       Lead full-cycle implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/Dataverse solutions, including architecture design and fit-gap analysis.

·       Develop and customize Dynamics components, front-end interfaces, and integrations using SOAP/REST APIs and Azure services.

·       Build and maintain Power Platform applications (PowerApps, Power Automate) aligned with business needs.

·       Manage code lifecycle using Visual Studio and Azure DevOps, ensuring quality through CI/CD practices.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments, effectively communicating with stakeholders and driving solution ownership.

Skill Requirements:

•        Education & Experience: BE/ME/MCA with 10+ years in IT, including 7+ years in MS Dynamics 365 (preferably Online).

•        Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE/Dataverse with proven implementation experience across full lifecycle.

•        Solution Design: Skilled in fit-gap analysis, Dataverse architecture, entity modeling, relationships, and security configuration.

•        Customization & Development: Proficient in entity customization, plug-ins, workflows (custom & OOB), Ribbon Workbench, form customizations, SSRS, and SSIS.

•        Frontend Development: Strong skills in JavaScript, React JS, PCF Controls, and Power Pages.

•        Integrations: Hands-on experience integrating D365 with third-party systems using SOAP and REST APIs.

•        DevOps & Tools: Experienced with Visual Studio and Azure DevOps for code management, branching, merging, and builds.

•        Azure Expertise: Advanced coding and customization on Azure (Functions, Logic Apps, Web Jobs, Service Bus, Webhooks, API Management, Storage) in Dynamics context.

•        Power Platform: Practical experience with PowerApps, Power Automate, Canvas Apps, and Model-Driven Apps.

•        Methodologies: Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum/SAFe and its alignment with business processes.

•        Communication & Ownership: Strong communicator with ability to engage stakeholders, explain technical solutions clearly, and take full ownership of deliverables.

•        Work Model: Capable of working independently across offshore/onshore and vendor models.
