JOB FUNCTION , MISSION   

Reporting functionally to the EMEA SC PMO Business Process Lead, the SC Program Manager identifies, develops and implements the changes aiming at improving the operational performance of Supply Chain  

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Based on Lexmark-Xerox SC strategy, he/she understands & proposes the Project management & SC management best practices in term of process, technology & organization. 

• Build the business case, the detailed rational to obtain project approval. 

• From the current state diagnostic, define project scope, objectives, approach, required resources and project schedule. 

• Recommend & apply the most appropriate approach & project methodology. 

• Has the overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of the project.  

• Lead the project team to meet deliverables in line with timelines & budget 

• Lead change management while respecting the defined scope, costs & timeline. 

• Identify dependencies between projects so as to optimize their implementation. 

• Identify risk & limit uncertainty 

• Manage project communication within project team, steering co & management  

The employee has the authority to perform tasks as per JD

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE 

• Graduate in Supply Chain Management 

• Minimum of 10 years’ working experience 

• Minimum of 5 years experience of international & cross functional project management in the field of Supply Chain  

• Mandatory experience of SC Best practices deployment. 

• Minimum green belt level in 6 sigma & experienced in Lean 

• Black belt  &/or PMP PMI certification is an advantage 

REQUIREMENTS :

• Experience in leading project teams of 10+ 

• Problem solving 

• Agile mind set 

• Travels to be expected (once a month, twice a quarter)

• Proficient in MS Office suite and tools (XLS, PPT, WORD)  

• CPIM (APICS) would be a plus 

• Project management skills: Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen.  PMP certification would be a plus 

• English: TOEIC advanced working Proficiency (min 900 points)
