About this role

Lewis-Clark State College is looking for an Administrative Assistant/GED Proctor in the Adult Learning Center.

The position ensures the confidentiality of sensitive documents and information. This individual will coordinate with other staff and departments to ensure timely completion of assignments.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a part-time position, 18 hours/week. Hours are M-TH 12:30 to 5:00 pm. $17.00/hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Support director and program-related activities
  • Office support functions, including answering phone lines, reception, word processing, data entry, filing, scanning, purchasing classroom/office supplies, and providing administrative support for outreach sites
  • Composing a variety of business documents
  • Reception/customer service

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and data entry
  • Must possess excellent customer service skills
  • Must have organizational skills
  • Must become a Pearson VUE Certified Test Administrator
