As a Senior Analyst focusing on Business Process & Automation Design, you will play a central role in analyzing, mapping, and redesigning global finance and controllership processes. Your mission is to identify inefficiencies, define automation opportunities, and co-create solutions that deliver measurable business impact
About the Job
Innovation Research & Strategy
Research, evaluate, and experiment with emerging technologies in AI, data, and process automation (e.g., GenAI, Agentic AI, process mining).
Build business cases for adoption, including feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses.
Collaborate with the Digital Innovation Manager to design implementation roadmaps aligned with global priorities.
Facilitate proof-of-concepts (POCs) and pilot initiatives to validate and scale innovative solutions.
Solution Design & Delivery
Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into automation and AI solution designs.
Develop and maintain prompt libraries and prototypes using platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot, and low-code tools.
Conduct performance analysis of AI-driven automations, refining models and prompts through data-driven insights.
Ensure all solutions comply with governance, security, and business value expectations.
Process Transformation & Enablement
Conduct process assessments and root-cause analyses to identify automation opportunities across functions (e.g., accounting, MPIM, operations).
Create process maps, automation blueprints, and KPI frameworks to measure efficiency and ROI.
Support documentation, training, and knowledge sharing to foster a culture of innovation and citizen development.
Partner with global stakeholders to ensure consistency, scalability, and best-practice alignment across regions.
About You
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Economics, Innovation Management, or related field.
Proven experience in process analysis, automation design, or digital transformation.
Strong understanding of large language models (e.g., GPT, Gemini, Copilot) and low-code ecosystems (e.g., Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
Knowledge of data structures, APIs, and prompt optimization techniques.
Ability to analyze technology trends and translate insights into practical business applications.
Excellent English communication and storytelling skills (written and verbal).
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a global, cross-functional matrix environment.
Analytical and curious mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity.
Entrepreneurial spirit with a “fail fast, learn faster” approach and a passion for innovation.
