About this role

We are seeking a <strong>Product Designer </strong>to join our Product Research and Design team and help shape the future of user experience across our accessibility technology products.</p>
<p>As a <strong>Product Designer</strong>, you will focus on enhancing the product experience for both internal and external users. You'll apply systems thinking and human-centered design to deliver intuitive and scalable solutions. Working closely with product managers, technical leads, designers, and researchers, you will design cohesive experiences that delight customers and deliver measurable business impact.</p>

<li>Design accessible, intuitive user experiences that meet high standards for usability and inclusivity.</li>
<li>Own end-to-end design for assigned features, demonstrating autonomy and accountability for outcomes.</li>
<li>Contribute to and evolve the design system for consistency and scalability across products.</li>
<li>Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and refine design decisions.</li>
<li>Apply short- and long-term design strategies to support product lifecycle goals.</li>

<li>Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines.</li>
<li>Demonstrates initiative and adaptability, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of UX research practices and experience applying insights to design.</li>
</ul>

<li>AI-curious and adaptable to industry trends.</li>
<li>Experience in content design.</li>
