<p>We are seeking a Benefits Administrator who is passionate about delivering an outstanding employee experience. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting and managing benefits programs for our U.S. and Canadian teams. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy solving challenges, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and people-focused organization.</p> <h3>Key Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li>Administer health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefit programs for U.S. and Canadian employees, ensuring accuracy and a positive employee experience.</li> <li>Manage Leave of Absence (LOA) processes, including short-term disability, long-term disability, and statutory leaves, with a focus on compliance and empathy.</li> <li>Serve as the primary point of contact for benefits inquiries, resolving employee issues promptly and professionally.</li> <li>Coordinate with vendors and carriers to ensure accurate enrollment and billing, building strong working relationships.</li> <li>Maintain compliance with federal, state, and provincial regulations, demonstrating accountability for regulatory adherence.</li> <li>Assist with benefits audits and reporting, striving for excellence in data integrity and process improvement.</li> <li>Support immigration-related processes and documentation (preferred), collaborating with internal and external partners.</li> <li>Work closely with HR, payroll, and finance teams to ensure seamless operations and cross-functional collaboration within People Operations.</li> <li>Lead or participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance benefits administration efficiency and employee experience.</li> <li>Analyze benefits data and trends to inform recommendations and decision-making, demonstrating a commitment to excellence.</li> </ul> <h3>Qualifications</h3> <h4>Required:</h4> <ul> <li>Minimum 3+ years of experience in benefits administration.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with U.S. and Canadian benefits programs.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of LOA administration and related compliance.</li> <li>Familiarity with immigration processes and documentation.</li> <li>Excellent communication and organizational skills.</li> <li>Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions, especially within People Operations.</li> <li>Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and integrity.</li> <li>Demonstrated ownership of tasks and projects, with a track record of delivering results.</li> <li>Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Dayforce).</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3>Application Process</h3> <p>This is a full-time salaried position with a competitive benefits package, including bonus opportunities and unlimited vacation/FTO.
