Responsibilities
- Manage all stages of paid ad campaigns for individual and/or multiple restaurants, brands, festivals and events, including planning, copywriting as needed, implementation, execution, reporting and analysis on multiple channels for assigned restaurants, brands festivals, events, programs and promotions
- Create, monitor and optimize paid media initiatives
- Track performance of ad campaigns including integrating with Google Analytics, building trackable and functional tracking codes such as UTMs and setting appropriate KPIs
- Implement A/B creative or targeting tests to maximize paid media efficacy moving for future application
- Effectively use data and analyze metrics to define clear KPIs, measure ad campaign efficacy, and optimize creative and media spend for maximum ROAS
- Partner with corporate, restaurant, divisional and festival marketing teams to manage digital marketing agencies
- Partner with teams on developing and maintaining paid ad strategies and employing best practices
- Execute general brand management and community engagement on social channels
- Model and promote teamwork across all teams
- Use tact and good judgment when dealing with challenges pertaining to guests, vendors and employees, and respond with patience and courtesy
- Work a variety of days and shifts (including early mornings, late nights and weekends) at multiple sites with or without overnight travel, as needed
- Ability to occasionally retrieve and distribute files or office supplies weighing up to 10 pounds
Qualifications
- 3 years of paid ad campaign management experience
- Experienced with with creating, tracking and optimizing paid media initiatives
- Skilled in using data and analyzing metrics to define KPIs and assess campaign efficacy
Salary Range
USD $65,000.00 - USD $90,000.00 /Yr.
