Minimum Qualifications: 

• Must be a minimum of 18 years old. 

• Ability to pass a physical abilities test to assess ability to bend, reach, lift, pull, and climb stairs/ladders as required for the position. 

• Must be able to work Sunday - Saturday, off-shifts, weekends, holidays, and required overtime to support a 24 hour/7-day operation. 

Preferred Qualifications & Experience: 

• Experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred. 

• Background or aptitude towards maintenance or mechanical functions.  

• Proficient computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office products. 

• Familiarity or ability to learn SAP, or similar integrated manufacturing system. 

• Prior food industry experience. 

Physical Demands & Environment: 

• This position will be exposed to working in a wet/slippery environment with loud noise in varying degrees of temperature. Must be able to withstand high heat and humidity.

• Ability to pass a physical abilities test to assess ability to bend, reach, lift, pull, and climb stairs/ladders.

Responsibilities: 

• Operate bagger equipment efficiently according to SOP's.  

• Monitor whey powder and packaged product quality.  

• Conduct hourly scale checks and metal detector checks.  

• Reconcile bag/pallet weights Complete daily checklists.  

• Enter data into MES.  

• Complete paperwork accurately.  

• Communicate effectively.  

• Maintain a clean work area according to GMP practices.  

• Perform all duties in a safe manner complying with all applicable safety policies.   

• Other duties as assigned.
