As a VRF Sales Manager, you will be responsible for VRF product sales by developing a consultative relationship with specifying engineers, manufacturer’s representatives, and residential and commercial contractors.

This position offers a base salary and a commission-based plus bonus incentive plan. The total target compensation range for this role is $88,000 to $115,500 (70% base salary plus 30% commission, assuming attainment at plan), and the role also qualifies for additional business objectives incentives. Compensation is based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and education. This is a replacement role with one open position.
