What Drives Success
The Industrial Maintenance Mechanic primary function is
- Makes repairs to all machines
- Uses all types of machine shop machines (Power Presses & Fabricating Equipment)
- Fabricates and installs safety guards on machines
- Die set up in power presses
- Assists with large production jobs
- Designs and builds a die from a part print or sample part
- Troubleshoots production tooling/dies and makes necessary repairs
- Designs and builds machine tools, cutting tools and other tools used for manufacturing
- Works on prototypes for Engineering Department
- Form grinding
- Checks tooling and responsible for supplying measurements to Engineering Department
- Sets up dies
- Works with Power Presses
What We Are Looking For
Additional Requirements
- Math skills
- Ability to operate material handling and tools required to perform tasks.
- Must be flexible – OT and weekend are required as needed.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
What We Offer
Compensation: This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between $23.00– $28.25 /hour. Factors that may affect starting pay include geography/market, and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).

Depending on date of hire, and subject to applicable eligibility requirements, new employees in this role also receive up to: 10 days paid time off, 12 paid holidays, and 3 floating holidays per year.
