Job Description

  • 0 to 3 years of experience in Order Management or related roles.
  • Ability to learn and understand basic HVAC terminology
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Able to Meet SLA Requirements
  • Desire to learn [Professional and Personal development]
  • Create, process, and manage customer orders and quotations accurately in SAP ERP.
  • Analyze the backlog orders and fulfil the orders by cross shipping.
  • Reach out to internal stakeholders to fix the order blocks
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to order delays or backlogs professionally and effectively.
  • Manage order modifications, shipping updates, and ensure timely fulfillment and delivery tracking.
  • Utilize Salesforce (SFDC) CRM to maintain and track customer communication and order status.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness in all transactions and documentation.
  • Assist with order entry, tracking, and follow-up to prevent backlog reoccurrence.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and audit requirements.

Qualifications

  • Any Graduate / bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill
  • Ability to navigate SAP, Salesforce, MS Office will be added advantage
