  • Conduct market research within the Capital Markets space and identify opportunities to optimize LendingClub’s balance sheet
  • Support planning, development, and execution of new capital markets programs including Bank and HoldCo funding strategies and Marketplace loan sales channels
  • Identify investor-related business challenges and opportunities for improvement and recommend strategic or tactical solutions using supporting analysis

About You

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in Capital Markets, primarily asset-backed securitizations
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field; or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in fintech, consumer lending, banking or financial services
  • Knowledge in Intex, Bloomberg, and Dv01 a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey financial concepts to both internal and external stakeholders
