We’re looking for someone who has a passion for data and scaling a business! The ideal candidate is adept at simultaneously digging into data and details and zooming out to identify trends that impact big picture decisions. You will deliver data driven insights, drive visibility on business drivers, help improve operational efficiencies, and enable strategic initiatives that have tangible results. You will provide our business leaders with the visibility they need to run their teams and resources as effectively as possible. Success is measured by achievement of quantifiable impacts to our ability to serve customers and to our bottom line. In this role, you will partner across Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to drive results.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze large sets of raw data (living in Salesforce, Snowflake, and several third-party online tools) to help us understand trends and gaps in our business processes
  • Drive data cleanliness by understanding the sources of inputs and working with stakeholders to eliminate noise
  • Enable consolidated data reporting in BI tools
  • Work with operational stakeholders to deeply understand and then build desired reports and dashboards
  • Develop reporting and analytics resources that drive increased visibility into the drivers of operational inefficiencies and tell data driven stories about the health of our ability to serve customers with existing processes and tools
  • Dissect trends, quantify opportunities, and undertake journey mapping and roadmap creating to support business planning and strategic decision making
  • Help scope end-to-end initiatives by identifying business problems and determining appropriate quantifiable metrics to measure impact using data
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across disciplines such as operations, product, and engineering


Skills & Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in data/product analysis
  • SQL expertise; comfortable with complex queries, including CTEs and window functions
  • Proficiency in BI tools like Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI; experience with DBT is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of Python and Git
  • Strong data experimentation and statistical analysis background
  • Expertise in product analytics tools like Heap, Amplitude, or Mixpanel
  • Excellent around cross-functional collaboration (Product, Engineering, Ops)
  • Well developed communication and organizational skills, a demonstrated ability working cross functionally to partner with senior business leaders, experience developing and actioning against a roadmap with clear milestones, and experience preparing materials for an executive audience
  • You balance attention to detail with swift execution, taking ownership and delivering work product in a timely manner to drive outcomes
  • You are comfortable operating autonomously with a bias towards action, learning and constant iteration.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
