Job Summary:
Provide exceptional service and hospitality in an upscale dining venue. Apply a high level of service recovery and attention to detail throughout the dining experience. Creates an enjoyable and safe dining experience for residents and guests in accordance with Lenbrook dining and current applicable federal, state, and local regulatory guidelines and standards.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate superior service techniques and style.
- Set the tone for servers and act as a role model for our team.
- Ability to anticipate the needs and desires of residents and guests.
- Commitment to team service and supporting all associates.
- Advanced knowledge of wine and spirits
- Ability to effectively communicate specials, allergies, and descriptions of menu items.
- Advanced knowledge of POS system
- Advanced knowledge of food preparation and ingredients.
- Follow all safety and sanitation rules and regulations.

Qualifications
Skills and aptitude required:
- A minimum of 3 years’ front-of-the- house experience.
- Must be very detail oriented.
- Ability to effectively present menu items and selections
- Must have a polished appearance and mannerisms.
- Ability to be organized while multi-tasking.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to demonstrate a high level of sensitivity and interest in people, especially older adults.
- Must have patience, tact, and cheerful disposition.
Pay: $19.00 an hour
