We are actively seeking Targeting Officers at all levels (1 to 20+ years of experience) with a current TS/SCI w/Polygraph to collaborate with a team of intelligence professionals in support of operations against priority targets. Candidates will be responsible for identifying targeting leads to enable a variety of intelligence operations. Successful candidates will be able to produce detailed targeting packages. Work occurs at client sites in Northern Virginia.
Responsibilities:
Review specialized data for intelligence leads
Draft comprehensive targeting packages in support of the client’s objectives
Engage a variety of stakeholders to address requirements and develop new leads for exploitation
Conduct detailed searches on items of interest and relay pertinent data to relevant customer components in a variety of written and briefing formats
Basic Qualifications:
All positions require possession of a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph. Candidates who do not possess this clearance will be disqualified.
Typically requires a BA degree and 8 – 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 – 10 years of prior relevant experience. Additional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Proficiency in manipulating various databases in support of the customer mission
Experience related to intelligence research and targeting work is required
Prior experience in supporting national security operations
Familiarity with the Intelligence Community and its objectives
Attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to research and analyze
Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize effectively
Demonstrated ability to problem-solve
Demonstrated ability to work on several tasks concurrently
Strong analytic writing and editing skills
Demonstrated ability to work in team environment successfully
Demonstrated success in working in a high-paced, dynamic environment
Experience collaborating and coordinating with multiple offices and agencies
Experience supporting senior decision makers
