Key Responsibilities

  • SEO, SEM & GEO Execution
    • Execute and optimize SEO and SEM efforts, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, content guidance, keyword strategy, and Google Search Ads.
    • Apply AI-driven SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) best practices to improve visibility, efficiency, and performance across traditional and generative search experiences.
    • Lead technical SEO with a focus on site architecture, crawlability, indexation, structured data, schema markup, performance, accessibility (WCAG), and core web vitals.
    •  Conduct regular audits of site structure, metadata, internal linking, accessibility, and content performance, delivering prioritized and actionable optimization recommendations.
  • Paid Search & Digital Advertising
    • Execute and optimize approved paid search and paid social campaigns, ensuring alignment to brand strategy, target audiences, and performance goals.
    • Manage day-to-day setup, optimization, and performance tracking of owned paid media efforts.
    • Ensure campaigns are launched, monitored, optimized, and completed according to approved plans and timelines.
    • Integrate organic and paid search insights to inform targeting, content, and experience optimization across the marketing funnel.
  • Performance, Analytics & Optimization
    • Monitor and analyze SEO, SEM, and GEO performance across impressions, rankings, engagement, traffic, and conversions.
    • Partner with stakeholders to deliver clear reporting, insights, and recommendations through dashboards and performance reviews.
    • Translate performance data into continuous optimization initiatives across content, experience, and media execution.
  • Collaboration & Governance
    • Partner with Brand to execute approved paid media strategies, messaging priorities, and audience definitions.
    • Collaborate closely with the Digital Platform Product Owner to ensure platform features and templates support discoverability, performance, accessibility, and modern search experiences.
    • Work with the PMO Vendor Manager to coordinate agency-supported paid media efforts, scopes, timelines, and delivery visibility.
    • Collaborate with external agencies on execution where agencies own specific tactics (e.g., programmatic, OOH, geo-fencing).
    • Ensure SEO, SEM, and GEO work aligns with PMO processes, governance standards, and reporting expectations.
    • Serve as the SEO subject matter expert, providing guidance, standards, and best practices across teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent professional experience and 4+ years of hands-on experience in SEO and digital optimization. Additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of degree requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience executing and optimizing both SEO and SEM campaigns.
  • Strong experience with GA4, Google Search Console, Siteimprove, Google Ads, and related SEO/paid media tools.
  • Deep understanding of technical SEO, accessibility (WCAG), performance optimization, and modern search behavior.
  • Experience working with agencies and cross-functional enterprise teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven recommendations.
  • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder coordination skills.
