More About the Role:
The EUHW Lifecycle team is responsible for completing the asset lifecycle for end user hardware devices, the Leidos team will deliver the services to ensure the end user devices are ready to enter the disposition phase and return them to the property owner.

What You'll Get to Do:
Leidos is seeking a Lifecycle Support Specialist to support the end-of-life cycle activities of end user devices as one of the key members of the EUHW Lifecycle team. The candidate will be responsible for working in a warehouse environment and processing end user devices through receipt, demilitarization and disposition processes. The Lifecycle Support Specialist may also be responsible for the activation of hardware devices.

•Receive, inspect, and prepare end user devices for demilitarization.
•Utilize established processes and procedures to clear BIOS passwords.
•Maintains detailed records of all assets as well as step-by-step milestones of the demilitarization process.
•Troubleshoots hardware and software issues in the production environment.
•Communicates with internal stakeholders regarding order status.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:
•Must be a US Citizen and possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
•High school diploma and 3-5 years of prior related work experience.
•DOD 8570 Certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
•Must demonstrate expertise in computer operation.
•Must demonstrate expertise in working with Microsoft Excel.
•Excellent customer service skills. 
•Excellent oral and written communication skills.
•Must be able to lift 25lbs.
•Must be able to move 100 lbs. utilizing hand carts.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
•Organized and detail-oriented.
•Self-motivated/ self-directing.
•Strong collaboration, prioritization, and adaptability skills required.
•Ability to work in a warehouse environment.
•Ability to effectively communicate with all organizational levels (SME to Senior Management).
•Experience working in fast paced and schedule driven environments.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $40,300.00 - $72,850.00
