  • Ensure compliance with contractual, security, and operational requirements, including FedRAMP and customer‑managed cloud environments.
  • Partner with Finance, Contracts, and other corporate functions to manage budgets, forecasts, risks, and reporting.

Required Qualifications

  • Extensive and successful program management experience supporting the legislative and/or executive branches of government.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with responsibility for financial performance, operations, and multi‑disciplinary teams.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence senior‑level customer executives in highly visible environments.
  • Strong understanding of government contracting, program execution, and customer relationship management.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree and twelve (12) or more years of related professional experience; additional years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Seven (7) years of experience leading teams or managing complex programs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Intranet Quorum (IQ) or similar CRM platforms supporting government constituent services.
  • Understanding of target markets including the U.S. House, U.S. Senate, and Federal/State/Local CRM environments.
  • Successful proposal experience, including writing, pricing, and overall proposal management.
  • Background in Information Systems Architecture, System Design, or Process Management.
