The Defense Group at Leidos is seeking an Aircraft Ground Support Equipment (GSE) Maintenance Manager to join our team at a CONUS location based out of Bridgewater, VA. This is a unique opportunity to apply your mechanical expertise in support of a high‑visibility aviation mission. In this role, you’ll perform inspections, scheduled maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of powered and non‑powered aviation ground support equipment—ensuring every asset meets Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) standards.
As the GSE Maintenance Manager, you will be a critical link between operations, aircraft maintenance, and primary mission equipment (PME) teams. Your work directly supports flight readiness and mission success. You’ll spend time on the flight line, inside aircraft, and working hands‑on with specialized payload systems—technology few people ever get to experience. This is a rare chance to help transition cutting‑edge systems from the lab into real‑world operational environments.
