Legrand has an exciting opportunity for an Inside Sales Quotations Representative to join the Lighting Sector Kenall Team in Kenosha, WI. Responsible for assisting in all quotation activities (entry, recommending, tracking, reporting).

What Will You Do?

Essential Job Functions:

• Generate crossovers, verifies their accuracy, reconciles quotations with orders received, and assists in project management through factory release.
• Set up quotations on quote system, including data entry into database.
• Provides backup and support for all Quotations Specialists.
• Recommend pricing based upon job requirements, competition, and quote strategy.
• Complete special projects, as required.
• Establish relationship with Agents.
• Other duties as assigned.

General Responsibilities:

• Active participation in ongoing individual training / development program
• Set goals and objectives with Manager; look for ways to improve quality and productivity.
• Maintain good housekeeping conditions in work area.
• Follow safety rules and procedures.
• Report abnormalities in equipment, machines, programs, processes
• Perform backup functions to other team members and to Manager as instructed. Engage in cross-training to support backup efforts as directed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Skills

• 2+ years of lighting sales experience; 1 years of quotations experience.
• Excellent communication skills; demonstrates strong grammatical use of the English language.
• Demonstrated ability to display strong customer service skills.
• Must be professional in appearance and attitude and possess the ability to work in a professional manner with customers, vendors, and employees at all levels.
• Computer literate including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
• High level of self-initiative and dependability.
• Must be flexible to perform overtime duties or adjust schedule when required.
• Must be flexible and willing to pitch in as needed.
• Resourceful and highly organized with an attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage, prioritize and balance multiple tasks.
• Ability to work within a team environment.
• Must possess positive, "can do" attitude.
