Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Director to join the Audio Video Division. The Human Resources Director is responsible for providing leadership and strategic partnership to the business on organizational development; policies and programs covering employment, compensation, benefits, performance management, employee engagement, employee relations, recruiting and retention; workforce systems; and compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws.
What Will You Do?
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree and ten (10) years progressive Human Resources experience, with at least three (3) years in leadership roles; or any appropriate combination of education and experience.
