
Job DetailsPRIMARY FUNCTION
Responsible for the development of new Treasury Management customer business, the expansion of existing commercial relationships, and the delivery of TM products and services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for meeting with clients both in person and on the phone to assess their Treasury Management needs and provide strategic treasury advisory solutions including CDARs/ICS relationships.
Assist customers in completing all original agreements; ensure customers are authorized for set up and retain documentation.
Work within approval policy parameters to set initial authority limits and perform ongoing monitoring to ensure limits remain appropriate.
Partner with branch personnel to make prospect calls as requested and responsible for actively searching for new business relationships.
Visit with customers on-site as needed for installations or additional training. Provides education on the risks in the banking environment and necessary steps to protect themselves.
Keep informed of regulatory changes regarding the New Account and Treasury Management areas in general and maintain updated training in all associated areas.
Assist in training branch personnel on Treasury Management offerings to help them with expanding customer relationships.
Prepare reports for management.
Responsible for providing passionate customer service while maintaining a high rate of accuracy and efficiency. Maintain a professional appearance in both dress and behavior. Mental concentration and attention to detail is necessary for tolerating frequent interruptions. Maintain the security and confidentiality of pertinent information and records.
Actively manages existing client relationships to identify and pursue cross-sell opportunities through consistent communication, Treasury Management reviews, collaborative relationship assessments with branch managers, and on-site visits as needed
Serve as the secondary point of contact for DACA customers in opening new accounts. Follow all procedural requirements in regard to needed account documentation. On new relationships, offer customer-related Treasury Management services and assist with the setup remotely or onsite as needed.
On existing DACA relationships, assist with completing any needed account maintenance to include revising signature cards, assist with access changes for electronic banking services and other maintenance as requested.
Regularly prospects and self‑generates leads through networking, community participation, and interactions with current clients.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCEKNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
EDUCATION: High school education or equivalent required; some college preferred.
RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:
3+ years branch operations experience required.
Prior Treasury Management Sales experience preferred.
Detailed oriented with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
Strong interpersonal and customer relations skills both in person and over the phone.
High degree of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Travel to meet with customers and training as needed.
