Support project managers and teams by assisting with project planning, tracking, documentation, and reporting. Contribute to the successful execution of projects by ensuring tasks are organized, deadlines are met, and project data is accurately maintained.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
a. Assist in developing and updating project schedules, timelines, and documentation.
b. Coordinate and schedule meetings; prepare agendas and meeting notes.
c. Collect, organize, and maintain project data and records.
d. Prepare basic status reports and summaries for project teams and stakeholders.
e. Support project managers with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks.
f. Learn and utilize project management tools and software.
g. Participate in training and development opportunities to build project management skills.
h. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
i. Identify and suggest opportunities for process improvement.
j. Ensure all project documentation is accurate, organized, and accessible.KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCEEDUCATION:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification is a plus
