Corporate Painter

The Painter must be able to plan, organize and complete painting of resident’s rooms and public areas in a fully functional skilled nursing facility. Performs interior and exterior repairs.

 Essential Functions and Qualifications:

 Our Painter will need reliable transportation to and from all LHS Facilities. Mileage will be reimbursed following our travel policy.

• The necessary skills will include but are not limited to painting, repairing/replacing dry wall and wallpaper.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Monitor and organize inventory, prep for scheduled painting related jobs
• Complete work orders associated with resident requests or renovations in a timely and professional manner
• Strong communication skills
• Good hands-on people skills

• Education and Experience:
• High school or equivalent
• Trade school or vocational school or equivalent experience perferred
