• Streamline mail/faxes distribution with innovative solutions

• Leverage data analytics to enhance provider schedules and patient access
• Innovate follow-up strategies for waitlists and service orders
• Employ advanced techniques to obtain and record vital signs in EHRS
• Implement precision-driven patient screenings and risk assessments
• Utilize bilingual skills to revolutionize communication and patient support
• Engage in transformative meetings and innovative reminder call systems
• Streamline testing prior authorizations and emergency handling protocols
• Execute advanced clinical procedures like blood draws, injections, and EKGs (for Medical Assistants)
• Optimize lab service order processes and provide agile cross-coverage when needed

• Maintain equipment and workspace, utilizing data-driven reporting for improvements

Minimum Qualifications

• BLS (CPR & AED) Certification to ensure high-tech patient safety
• Three to six months of experience with a focus on digital transformation preferred
• Advanced certificate from college or technical school to support tech-forward approaches
• Familiarity with Behavioral Health innovations is a plus!
• Exceptional communication skills for high-impact digital interactions
• Leadership in program management with an emphasis on agile methodologies
• Interpersonal skills to connect across diverse digital platforms
• Proficiency in multitasking with cutting-edge tools and technologies
• Advanced computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office and emerging tech
• Bilingual in English and Spanish for groundbreaking patient support
