  • Utilize bilingual skills to revolutionize communication and patient support

  • Streamline testing prior authorizations and emergency handling protocols
  • Execute advanced clinical procedures like blood draws, injections, and EKGs (for Medical Assistants)

Minimum Qualifications

  • BLS (CPR & AED) Certification to ensure high-tech patient safety
  • Three to six months of experience with a focus on digital transformation preferred
  • Advanced certificate from college or technical school to support tech-forward approaches
  • Familiarity with Behavioral Health innovations is a plus!
  • Exceptional communication skills for high-impact digital interactions
  • Leadership in program management with an emphasis on agile methodologies
  • Interpersonal skills to connect across diverse digital platforms
  • Proficiency in multitasking with cutting-edge tools and technologies
  • Advanced computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office and emerging tech
