The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in all areas of the company premises. This role involves performing cleaning tasks, sanitizing surfaces, and ensuring a high standard of cleanliness to create a comfortable and presentable space for employees, clients, and visitors.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities (in this role you will)
- Ensure that, during check-in, property keys are made available inside the Safety Box, following specific directions.
- Change access passwords when requested.
- Verify during check-out if keys were returned to the designated location.
- Perform cleaning activities in all designated areas of the property, following strict quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization standards to create an impeccable and welcoming environment.
- Prepare the bed according to established standards, making all necessary changes.
- Immediately report damages or missing items in the properties, ensuring swift resolution.
- Actively collaborate with colleagues to strengthen team spirit.
Requirements:
- Communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness.
- Previous housekeeping experience will be a plus
- Availability - Work hours may vary based on the cleaning schedule and business needs.
