As an Assistant Teacher, you’ll help create engaging, play-based learning environments for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years, while supporting lead teachers and building strong relationships with families.
Qualifications:
CDA required; Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
Experience with young children preferred
Strong communication, teamwork, and classroom management skills
Commitment to equity, inclusion, and confidentiality
Key Responsibilities:
Support classroom setup and daily activities
Assist with child development tracking and family engagement
Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing learning environment
Collaborate with staff to meet high-quality standards
