Position overview:

 

Reporting directly to the Quality coordinator, our future Quality Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the Voice of Process (VOP) and Voice of Customer (VOC) for Lear TAC Wire harness product.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

 

  • Management of quality team controllers and technicians and Supervisors.
  • Ensure correct implementation of RFR (Request for Rework).
  • Ensure the execution of the control plan/ quality.
  • Utilizing problem solving skills to find root causes for internal & external issues.
  • Establish direct contact with quality residents at customer sites to find solutions to quality problems reported by the customer.
  •  Monitor 8D meetings & the follow up of the implementation of corrective and preventive actions and verify their effectiveness.
  • Follow the quality indicators LMQM, IPPM, RPPM, DPPM, and WC.
  • Developing and maintaining quality standards.

 

 

 

Key skills and Qualifications:

 

  • Preferably Bac+5 with an experience within the automotive wiring Industry.
  • Knowledge of Quality Management systems IATF 16949 (standards).
  • Ability to work in a high-tempo environment and interact with team members over a wide scope of the organization.
  • Proficiency in both English & French languages, spoken and written
