EDUCACIÓN: Carrera profesional finalizada

EXPERIENCIA: 3 años de experiencia mínimo en puestos similares

CONOCIMIENTO Y ACTIVIDADES:

  • Conocimiento en herramientas de solución de problemas y análisis de causa raíz.
  • Experiencia con manejo de personal, mínimo 50 personas.
  • Conocimiento en lean manufacturing.
  • Realizar acciones correctivas y preventias para mejorar los indicadores de eficiencia, calidad y costo.
  • Mantener orden y limpieza mediante metodología 5s en área de trabajo.
  • Liderar acciones de reducción de scrap, TPPMS, IPPMS y tiempo extra.
  • Balanceo de líneas y análisis de capacidad.
  • Disponibilidad para rotar turnos.
  • Inglés – medio.
