We are seeking a proactive and hands‑on IT Manager who will take ownership of all IT operations across our production plant in Vyškov and our office locations in Brno. This role is essential for ensuring the stability, security, and long‑term development of our IT environment while providing strong support to our end users.
As an IT manager, you will be responsible for:
- Manage IT operations and service delivery within production plant and office locations.
- Lead the IT team (4 people) and ensuring their professional development
- Implementation and tracking of Cyber Security and Business continuity initiatives.
- Planning, implementing, and monitoring IT projects and budgets
- Maintaining and upgrading the IT infrastructure and software
- Troubleshooting and resolving IT issues and incidents
- Ensuring compliance with IT policies and standards
- Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to optimize IT solutions
- Staying updated with the latest IT trends and best practices
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- At least 4 years of experience in IT management, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and information security
- Excellent project management, organization, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken
