Eagle Ottawa (EO)is the world's largest supplier of premium automotive leather. Eagle Ottawa Thailand (EOT) Finishing & Cutting plant construction has been newly completed in 2011, which is located in Rayong. There’re more than 600 employees in this plant.

Functional Job Activities

 

Activity 1: EHSMS System Maintain 

EHS incident Recordable report and effective preventive plan implementation / Environment Complain corrective action.

  • Investigation EHS incident with team and report on time.
  • Follow up for EHS effective preventive plan implementation.
  • Corrective action for the internal and external environment complain.
  • EHS Objective Driving.

EHS Objective Driving

  • Monitoring & follow up activity for the EHS & Sustainability objective for all KPI.
  • Communicate & Campaign to all employee & sub-contractor.

Training to employee & sub-contractor / Work Permit Control

  • Training the EHS system to all employee & sub-contractor.
  • Improvement EHS awareness.

Environment Aspect and Risk Assessment

  • Monitoring & improvement of the significant aspect and RA with update.
  • Monitoring and control all department to update aspect and RA as the standard require.

Activity 2:  EHS Audit 

Internal EHS System audit

  • Coordinate internal audit to follow audit plan.
  • Follow up the corrective action & effective of corrective action.

2nd party External EHS audit

  • Generating and submitting material usage reports and other reporting required by government.
  • Maintaining summery data and information on liquid and solid wastes, air emissions and other key EHS performance measurable.
  • Determining the appropriate disposal methods for all wastes at the plant.
  • Maintaining EHS records as required.
  • Support Global EHS Audit

3rd party EHS System Audit

  • Support EHSMR for all activity of CB Audit.

Activity 3:  EHS and Sustainability Operation 

1. Waste Water treatment and Scrap Yard control

  • Control the sub-contractor to follow up working standard.
  • Monitoring Treatment report.
  • Submit report to government.
  • Clear scrap yard follows the legal.
  • Selling scrap / Treatment scrap follow legal.

2. Follow up new legal

  • Follow up new legal for EHS requirements by monthly.
  • Distribute legal are concern in MFG.
  • Follow up result of compliance.
  • Monitors and interprets EHS legal requirement, based information on municipal by laws, provincial and federal regulations.

3. Training the EHS requirement to sub-contractor.

4. Chemical Control Management.

  • Review and approve the New Chemical SDS with Safety.
  • Check chemical storage area as work instruction.
  • Submit chemical report to government.

5. Control all the EHS Measuring Program.

6. Emergency preparedness and response.

  • Coordinate with safety for Emergency Plan training
  • Chemical and Gas leakage emergency plan training report

7. Safety Weekly Patrol Audit with Safety function.
