We are pleased to announce the opening of a new position in Lear CS Tangier
Mission :
- Ensure the corrective and preventive maintenance of plastic injection molds and the realization of all tasks concerning the repair flow of plastic injection molds.
- Ensure the availability of molds and meet the need of all departments according to customer requirements.
- Responsibilities
- Check the correct condition and compliance of equipment’s, precisely tools and machines.
- Ensure the execution of the preventive maintenance schedule for injection molds.
- Ensure the corrective maintenance and the permanent updating and monitoring of the technical data of the molds.
- Communicate and manage priorities with other departments on molds availability in order to minimize production stoppages as much as possible.
- Identify the issues of the equipment if any and have an alternative plan.
- Ensure the application of quality and safety standards and environmental procedures.
Profile :
- Bac +2 or more in mechanics (methods, tooling, …)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a mechanical manufacturing environment and/or maintenance within the plastics injection industry.
- Experience with drawing software ( 2D and 3D).
- Good Analysis, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English and French.
