About this role
About the role :
We’re looking for sharp interns who don’t just consume content ,they understand it. You instinctively spot creators before they trend, can tell the difference between “viral” and “valuable,” and understand why some creators build cult-like audiences while others fade out.
What you’ll do:
- Identify high-potential creators across YouTube, Instagram, and emerging platforms
- Evaluate creators based on niche, engagement, audience quality, and growth potential
- Build and maintain a creator pipeline & database
- Reach out to shortlisted creators and support onboarding
- Track trends and spot rising creators before they go mainstream
What we’re looking for:
- Deep understanding of social media & creator ecosystems
- Strong research skills + instinct for quality content
- Comfortable with spreadsheets, tools, and data
- Curious, proactive, and obsessed with the internet
- Bonus: experience running pages, editing content, or working with creators
