The charter for this role will include:

• Assisting in the creation, management, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.

• Supporting the team with daily monitoring and reporting on campaign performance (e.g., keyword performance, creative effectiveness).

• Assisting in the preparation of data analysis reports to track campaign success and identify areas for improvement.

• Conducting basic keyword research and helping to refine targeting strategies for campaigns.

• Helping the creative team with content creation, ad copywriting, and ensuring ads align with overall marketing strategies.

• Assisting in A/B testing for ads and landing pages to improve campaign results.

Ideal Persona would:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

• Have a strong interest in digital marketing, with a willingness to learn and grow within the industry along with certifications and prior experience of 3-6 months, which is a plus.

• Be familiar with platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and basic social media marketing.

• Have a basic understanding of digital marketing concepts such as SEO, SEM, and paid media.

• Be proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel (basic knowledge of Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP is a plus).

• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Be a team player with strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
