Job Details
The Design and Build Foreman is responsible for assisting in the design, construction, and installation of various projects, including landscaping, hardscapes, or custom installations. This role involves leading a team to execute project plans, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship, and maintaining safety and efficiency on job sites.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to read and interpret design plans is a plus.
- Proficiency with basic hand and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and take direction from supervisors.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials (50 lb minimum), walk on uneven surfaces, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to different project requirements.
- Valid driver’s license required
