<div class="trix-content"> <div><strong>About the Role:</strong></div><div>Join LaVoieHealthScience as an Administrative Support Specialist.</div><div> <br><br> </div><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul> <li>Provide administrative support and maintain style guides that align with brand.</li> <li>Draft and edit correspondence and official issuances for internal and external distribution.</li> <li>Draft materials, review and edit agency policies, memos and other documents.</li> <li>Develop and document SOPs.</li> <li>Maintain and organize document libraries.</li> <li>Accurately enter information into databases and tracking systems.</li> <li>Exercise basic to intermediate formatting skills for reports and presentations.</li> <li>Draft email responses and general correspondence.</li> <li>Uphold confidentiality and sensitivity while handling all communications and documentation.</li> </ul><div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><ul> <li> Bachelor's preferred in communications, public relations, marketing, data analytics or related field.</li> <li>Familiarity of federal communication requirements, including "Plain writing Act of 2010".</li> <li>5-8 years of administrative experience, ideally in a healthcare or social services setting.</li> <li>Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.</li> <li>Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.</li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and database management.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li> </ul><div><br></div><div><strong>About Us:</strong></div><div>LaVoieHealthScience has been a leader in health science solutions for over a decade, dedicated to improving lives through innovative practices.
