About the Role
The Clinical Supervisor plays a vital leadership role in advancing compassionate, trauma-informed care for survivors of domestic violence. This position oversees the clinical operations of the Domestic Violence Advocacy Center (DVAC) and provides high-quality clinical supervision to student interns and associate therapists.
Working collaboratively across programs, the Clinical Supervisor strengthens clinical excellence, supports emerging clinicians, and helps shape innovative therapeutic services aligned with Laura's House mission and values. This is an ideal role for a seasoned, mission-driven clinician who is passionate about mentorship, systems-building, and meaningful community impact.
