Executive Assistant

<h4><strong>About the Job:</strong></h4> <p>We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support Chief Financial Office with some support for other G&amp;A leaders. , either remote Pacific Time Zone based or Oakland based. This individual will serve as a trusted confidante to these Executive Leaders; partnering with them to optimize their time by anticipating their needs and providing admin support, and logistical support in a fast-paced environment.</p> <p>A successful candidate has strong organizational skills and detail oriented, yet flexible, and adapts quickly to change. Software powers the world and LaunchDarkly empowers all teams to deliver and control their software</p> <h4>Responsibilities:</h4> <ul> <li>Strategically manage CFO, CPO, CLO + several VP’s calendar and documentation on Confluence</li> <li>Clearly communicate priorities across teams</li> <li>Handle confidential information&nbsp;</li> <li>Provide logistical and admin support for leadership meetings, off-sites, board meetings, All hands, etc</li> <li>Deck design (slides)</li> <li>Manage travel arrangements and be prepared for unforeseen changes</li> <li>Organize expense reports, and ad hoc special projects</li> <li>Partner with CEO Chief of Staff and other EBPs on key projects</li> </ul> <h4>Qualifications:</h4> <ul> <li>4+ years experience in role supporting CEO, or VP to C-level in a high growth technology company or comparable environment</li> <li>Must be resourceful, dependable, process driven</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Excels at project management</li> <li>Display professionalism, respect and integrity</li> <li>Strong interpersonal skills to cultivate relationships across departments - speak up, offer ideas (Manage up)</li> <li>Interested in growing a company with a transparent work culture</li> <li>Proficient in Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Slides, Drive), Confluence, Zoom, Slack</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Event management experience</li> <li>Excel</li> <li>Basic audio and visual troubleshooting</li> <li>Preference is for this person to be based in the Bay Area, but are open to considering remote US.</li> </ul> <p class="p1"><strong>Pay:</strong></p> <p class="p1"><em>Target pay ranges based on Geographic Zones* for Level 4:&nbsp;</em></p> <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li1">Zone 1: <em>San Francisco/Bay Area or NYC Metropolitan Area, Boston, Seattle</em> - $<em><span class="collapsed-field-text">136,000 - 187,000</span></em>**</li> <li class="li1">Zone 2:<em> Irvine, LA, Monterey, Santa Barbara, Santa Rosa, Austin, Portland, Philadelphia, Chicago - </em>$<em><span class="collapsed-field-text">122,000 - 168,800</span></em>**</li> <li class="li1">Zone 3: <em>All other US locations - </em>$<em><span class="collapsed-field-text">116,000 - $159,000</span></em>**</li> </ul> <p class="p1"><em>LaunchDarkly operates from a place of high trust and transparency; we are happy to state the pay range for our open roles to best align with your needs.
