About this role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant with strong QuickBooks experience to support day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end close, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
This role is 4 days onsite, 1 day remote
Salary: $60-70k/year

\n- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts using QuickBooks Online
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing and collections
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
- Generate financial statements and management reports
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 2+ years accounting experience
- QuickBooks experience

What you'll do
- The Staff Accountant will maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts using QuickBooks Online and process accounts payable and receivable. They will also assist with month-end and year-end close processes and generate financial statements.
