Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with a strong background in the manufacturing industry to support the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production equipment and facility systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to ensure maximum equipment uptime and safe operations.
Hours: 7:30am-3:30pm (OT Opportunities Available)
\n- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and production equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Diagnose equipment failures and implement effective repairs to minimize downtime
- Maintain and service motors, conveyors, pumps, compressors, gearboxes, and automated machinery
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and technical manuals
- Support equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements
- Document maintenance activities, work orders, and parts usage using CMMS
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, lockout/tagout procedures, and company policies
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to improve equipment reliability
- Maintain facility systems such as HVAC, lighting, and compressed air (as applicable)
