Qualifications:
- Florida license required.
- Master's degree in either counseling, social work, psychology, or a related human services field preferred.
- Minimum of at least one year experience working with adults with emotional disturbances.
- Be knowledgeable of and comply with state and federal statues, rules, and policies that affect the target population.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong ability to work well with a multi-functioning team of clinical staff, case managers, and support staff.
- Ability to work on a flexible schedule.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- CPR certification preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
