About the Role:
The Mental Health Technician plays a critical role in supporting the care and treatment of individuals experiencing mental health challenges within healthcare and social assistance settings. This position involves working closely with licensed mental health professionals to implement treatment plans, monitor patient behavior, and provide compassionate support to promote recovery and well-being. The technician serves as a frontline caregiver, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment for patients by observing and reporting changes in their condition. Through direct interaction, the technician helps patients develop coping skills and encourages participation in therapeutic activities.
